Was the crash not reported? Was there injury to an officer or civilian? Was there any property damage besides the city car?
Is a civilian hits a curb and flattens 2 tires and reports it a hour later, is that a crime? is the curb the victim? Or what if the civilian does not report it and does not make a claim?
So please educate me, what is the big deal with the crash?
Oh Natalie. You’re a big girl sergeant and you should know this right?

Policy, general orders take your pick. Your involved in a accident. you do not leave the scene. Why the long delay, on reporting it? Why wasn't see given a test, to see if she was drunk or high? Questions that need to be answered but cause the Papier's think, our rules don't apply to them, they tried to beat the system and LOST. A civil doesn't have the policies we go by. We. most of the time are a department of laws, rules, policies. We have no choice but to follow them, your try to skate outside of them, you roll the dice on your career and this is what you should get. Any one else, done what they done, would already be gone and Papier will be leading the charge. If you lied once, you've lied before, you try to beat the system and lost. You've done it before. Ron was and is a pr!ck, all he cares about is, the family mistress and those that can make him, look good. Ron's a poser.

Police department across the Country, have a policy to test officers, involved in accidents, on duty. Is it enforced, fairly and given to all? NO! If a supervisor suspects, your working high or drunk. The department can, have you take a test. Again, is it enforced, not really. When your involved in a discharge of your firearm, again a test can be given. It's all for liability for the department, so they can not have to pay out big $$, to a person. If they can shows that you were under something, your left holding the bag. Doesn't really compare, but your driver license is check, every so often, your given pi$$ test, or were and there is nothing you can do or say to stop it. On the subject of you single car 17, hitting a curb. If (YOU) the officer suspect's the driver is driving impaired, don't you give a test? All the policies, we go by and there are many. It's all to protect the department and city.

I remember a officer fired a while ago, after the investigation was completed. All the policies, civil service rules, departmental orders, he was accused of violating. Basically repeated in each section, a word was different, so they hit him with 10 violations, all firing offences.

Trash. They are BOTH TRASH. After so many years of railroading and hurting people, these two have been brought down. They thought they were untouchable. Good job, Chief.
