MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Miami police detectives are investigating a deadly shooting at Northwest 62nd Lane and 12th Avenue.

Officers responded at around 1 a.m. Saturday and found a 26-year-old man shot multiple times.

No direct patrol detail in hot spots like we used to do during summer times. What do we have now 15-20 Sgt’s of Arms protecting the Mayor from god knows what. 10-15 staff heavily positions. To many people in specialized units hiding. Commanders like Freedy Cruz having community meet and great meetings with 2 outsiders and 20 officers and city employees. Complete failure. SWAT officers working out full time in the swat lockers doing nothing instead of patrolling like the old days.
