Getting toxic? So active? This forum has been a trampoline to jump on people for years, since it was first established.
You can thank the likes of many who are in command staff and administration and others who hold supervisory ranks and/or who have retired or separated.
For years, they’ve sat behind their keyboards and ripped apart people, but now, some of those very same cowards find themselves as the topic of discussion.
Just because you newbies are being called out, doesn’t mean a damn thing.
If you ask some of the folks who’ve been here for years, who is responsible for this disgusting forum, they will tell you.

No. Our department was in the news because of the stupid, unacceptable and disgusting actions of two members of our agency, as well as the mishandling of that incident by Doral Police Department.
The demand for police reform and accountability has never been louder and it is much needed. It was a newsworthy story and we should not give them a pass.
This forum is toxic but it didn’t just get toxic. It’s been like this since its creation. There are still a number of people, who are in leadership and supervisory positions here now, who were the biggest users and meanest people on this forum, for years.
This was their digital playground and they were nasty to so many people but now we call them our leaders, administrators and supervisors. They should be embarrassed for what they’ve said and done but now lead us.
This forum is just a 🚽 full of 💩 so stop trying to blame it for the news stories.
