Good day sir

All of the good cops which are the silent majority are watching you to see if you make good on your word.

But I will inform you that you are surround by snakes, mongoose and scorpions. Your command staff are all shielding you from the silent majority that want to shake your hand, meet you and have coffee with the chief in a NET near you.

Your current command staff hates you. They don’t want you here. You have interrupted the family and friends plan that had a script which they all were following.

A strong recommendation drive yourself around. Don’t let the upper command staff shield you from your officers. pick a random police officer to drive you around, so you can use to the geography of the city, because you never know when you will need a 3/15 or you have to respond to a 3/15.

One more thing be extremely careful there is a group already in the works on how to undermined you to get you fired! Please hire external staff from other departments (outside of Florida) to help you run this police dept. Everyone here is damaged goods. Your command staff is loyal to the commissioners they work for, not to you!

They are all secretly documenting on you, to get you out. And yes get rid of your secretaries too.... they are snitching on you too!

You can’t trust no one around you. Start making you moves, you only have 3 month left !

Acevedo should discard the deputy chief's position and use the allocated funding to augment the police officer's rank by at least two. The agency's assistant chiefs should be competent enough to be delegated the acting chief's role whenever the chief is out of town or absent for whatever city manager approved purpose.

The one that the COP needs to demote before he tries to charm his fatass up the Chief is fat boy morales.. Chief, fat boy will beg to take you to breakfast, lunch or dinner to get on your good side. That is what he did to the former city manger d Alfonso just to get promoted cuz the staff back then knew he was a POS and should have been demoted or fired for his raul iglesias stunt. Seek and u shall find chief.. fat boy took it really bad that the given answers to the interview did nothing for him... watch it.

Chief look into the Versailles fiasco, AC Morales released arrestees to please commissioner Carollo. His buddy up in Internal Affairs is allowing the investigation to go past 180 so he doesn’t have to interview him and others involve. Time to hold accountable this slime ball.

Chief look into the Versailles incident , big no no , you fired the papiers for a damage car wheel that in five years that car will be a junk but yet there's several incidents that your not doing anything about , is it because its involving high political players in the city , i understand
