If we were treated like adults and let make our own decisions instead of micromanaged. There is an extreme lack of trust towards the deputies. Like the uniforms being nit picked, spread sheets on speed, etc. Yes some make bad choices, but that’s not a reason to group everyone into the “no trust bubble”. Once was a time where “no avl’s wont be used against you”, now even if you are going to a deputy in immediate need...boom spanked for doing your job.
