tbh part time is probably a good healthy idea for many jail staff. working conditions aren't very good there and those deputies are treated like slaves.

Bob wouldn’t let the jailers go to part time, there would be no one doing the job! And you say that now and I’m sure many brass had the same idea but if you rock the boat you get the boot so they all fall in line to collect an easy paycheck and sit in offices while the idiots do 30 minute checks and get piss thrown on them. Don’t worry, they’ll show up after the situation is over then go back to their offices to collect that high risk pension! No wonder why everyone back stabs each other and does whatever it takes to make sgt.
