The Rickenbacker Motorcycle Accident Cover-Up that is Not going away!

Chief Acevedo and Mayor Suarez must rectify this atrocity. On behalf of our community leaders, members of this department, city officials and the family of the deceased, full transparency and justice must prevail. We must do what is right and hold accountable all the employees who were responsible in participating in this alleged cover up. There are hundreds of police officers in this department who have been faithful to their profession and badge and will not tolerate to be classified in the same group as those few who engaged in this cowardly and unacceptable crime. We are asking for those who participated to be relieved of their duties until the results of this fourth investigation.

Those involved have been subpoenaed and transferred out from their respective units. Thank you Chief Acevedo and city hall officials. Sgt at arms was transferred out for alleged prohibited actions and breach of security to the Mayor and immediately actions were taken. Officers and supervisors allegedly collaborated in the death crash cover up of a citizen and after three alleged investigations, no one was held accountable nor relieved of their duties. Unethical, immoral, and completely criminal. Humans only cry when their big toe is stepped on and don’t care when it’s someone else’s toe. The media is fully aware.

City of Miami commissioners have an issue about Chief Acevedos alleged unreported crash or hit and run crash with minor damages, but Mayor nor either commissioners have ever apologized nor inquired about the horrendous crash cover up published on just about every media outlets and publications recently. The Rickenbacker Causeway motorcyclists death allegedly caused by members of their police department!!!! Investigators deliberately hindered, omitted, falsified and obstructed and these members led by the mayor’s Suarez friend the Captain Ortiz is still employed here jeopardizing the department and our citizens!! The individual was reprimanded by his commanding officer and her write up of him was discarded and not enforced?????

We the community and leaders of this great city and organization refuse to be labeled as a mafia or corrupt. We ask for full transparency. The commanders actions in crashing her suv and fleeing the scene without rendering aid to possible victims is definitely not a representation of all Miami police department officers. We have positively served this community for years and we will not allow the actions of one dishonest high ranking and deserving all individual to tarnish our image for ever. We ask for her and her attempted to conceal the facts and lying great ruler husband not to return to this elite department. We must ethically and morally serve our tax payers without sacrificing integrity and loyalty for all.
