Won't happen. Those at city hall, don't want a recording of their comings and going. Plus, a comment may be made and pickup up on the recording, that would embarrasses our elected official. The easiest way around this is using the department phone, giving communication your location, to and from and route used. YES, GPS should be installed in the details vehicles, for added officer protects. Using the excuses, we need more protection because of a possible threat. Then not adding GPS. shows the request is B.S. While on the subject, if those at City hall, feel a need for added protections, then GPS must be installed on their vehicles. Either your scared or not. You can't have it both ways.
