    Dangerous situation developing in corrections!

116 prisoners will be moved from jail to CPUs this week further putting Deputies in danger as CPUs was never meant for red uniformed prisoners and only for workers. Now they want to pack the tents to over capacity instead of opening CORE dorms. Corrections gets screwed again and a potential disaster waiting to happen again. What will it take for this sheriff to take corrections seriously? The murder of one or several Deputies at the hands of these animals they have to watch over? Disgusting what is going on given the state of the nation right now. Prisoners have more rights than Deputies and the sheriff only cares about dogs and his image.

Everything we’re doing is against Florida Model Jail Standards. 1-2 male movements on nights for the entire core facility, no overtime to fill the spots and an overflow of serious offenders at the CPU’s. This is a huge officer safety issue disguised as a money saving strategy. Admin needs to wake the hell up! Someone is gonna get hurt and when they do, the payout is going to be massive!

You are an idiot. The state of law enforcement and corrections has never been better here in sw Florida. stop complaining and do your job. That would make everyone safer. Stop with the negative attitude. How is that going to help. Are you disgruntled because you didn’t get MCPL? Thank god your not in the position to make decisions, hopefully. As always. If your so miserable don’t let the door hit you on the way out. We are a team and we are family. You are completely misinformed or the situation.

LoL. Maybe you should look in a mirror. I hate working with soulless creatures that sleep with anything that moves, ruins lives, careers and families and have no sense of responsibility. Bunch of immature kids living at home with mommy, buying cars and trucks at 20% interest and $500+ car payments. Must be nice to have no consequences to lack of morals and ethics isn’t it?

Very telling of your ilk! Does family screw fellow deputies fiancés or knock up females they work with? Do they exploit their positions and get all chummy with inmates and treat subordinates like shit in front of the animals housed at the jail/core?

It’s not a negative attitude there slick. It’s called DANGEROUS SITUATIONS CAUSED BY INCOMPETENCE of an administration that has no grasp of what deputies experience! You are so brainwashed to defend your cheerleaders and meal tickets and your own jobs that you have to belittle someone brining to light a real and dangerous problem. That is typical of yes men or are you part of admin protecting your pitiful existence in the agency? I guess those voicing concern will be justified when a deputy is hurt or worse and the blood will be on your hands as an accessory to stupidity and incompetence!

Don’t be a puppet of those incompetent people! Stop defending those who don’t care about you nor will lift a finger to help you. Voicing concern for the safety of deputies put into dangerous situations is a disaster waiting to happen. Mark my words, someone is going to get hurt or worse thanks to stupid decisions of admin and supervisors.
