Listen up while uncle abt tells you a story. LTs used to do a DAS and after careful consideration it was determined jt wasn’t needed. Did we really need to know they checked the onbase que 5 times a day? Reviewed the G drive? Took calls from licensees? NO. It was determined the captains job is to know the LTs whereabouts when there out of the office and the das wasn’t serving any purpose.

Here’s a thought agent and inspector who thinks there lt should do a das. Why don’t you ask your lt if you can shadow them for a day and see what they actually do. You may actually be impressed.

Ya shadow them they have one agent and no longer supervise inspectors. Wow real busy. Not to mention they dont show up to the office till 930 or ten then go to lunch at 1130 and return to the office at 300 then leave to go home at 330. That sure would be a nice day shadowing.

Lieutenant position is the most useless spot at this agency. Our lieutenants post 90 percent of the drivel on this site. Must be all the YouTube they watch M-F that encouraging them.

If that is really happening your captain is worthless and weak. You have a duty to report their shenanigans. Failure to do so makes you complicit.

This administration demands weak, corrupt, and malleable captains. Strong captains are walked out of the building by TCO mafia.
