The LEAK At the Mayors Detail
While the Mayor of Miami impersonates being a Miami Police Officer (which is a felony), he has directed Chief Acevedo to launch an investigation on the Sergeant at Arms assigned to the Suarez.

PS Francis, the cops hate you. Make sure you are always driven by one of your leaks. You slip under the influence, plenty of Miami Cops will ensure you are brought to justice.

The Mayor is extremely upset that his whereabouts at Club Liv with his lady friend were under surveillance while he was guarded by two Sergeant at Arms (who were also drinking).

When Francis finished his sexual escapade at Club Liv (home of the best cocaine in the MIA), he went to detox down in the Florida Keys with his three armed police force, outfitted with three $100,000 Ford Expeditions (costing city taxpayers $2,700 a month) to play secret service.

Since my last report, Sergeant Lamprou has been criticized for not being able to keep the Mayor’s extracurricular activities out of the public eye. You ser, the issue is that Lamprou treats the Sergeant at Arms like crap. So they will now leak everything to the “305-Patrol”. By the way, saying where the Mayor is when he is using ANY city resources isn’t illegal.

Lamprou- the photos taken of the drunk detox escapade when Francis was pretending he was a good dad and faithful husband in Key Largo had the meta data removed.

As for the wannabe secret service cars, they all have city sunpass and they are caught by vigilant LPR readers, making it easy to find the Bitcoin ***** of Miami, Francis Suarez. Sure he’s raised three million bucks, but all is from bitcoin companies. He even hooked up his sister and others with a job. That story will be coming out soon.

There’s more to come. Several investigative agencies are converging on City Hall. Stay tuned.

Francis, convert your Bitcoin to gold and head to South Africa buddy. The scam is coming to an end.

What will it take for you all to stop the abuse of taxpayer dollars when Mayor Francis Suarez is using the Miami Police Department as his own bodyguard service?

On Thursday night at around 1130 PM, Francis Suarez was not conducting city business at Club Liv in Miami Beach. However, he was there drinking and partying with two Miami Police Sergeant at Arms guarding him. If he is in such danger, what is he doing at a club?

While going down to party in the Florida Keys with armed police officers for Memorial Day weekend, people were being shot and killed on the crime ridden streets of Miami. I’m sure the victims of all the senseless killings would not appreciate Miami cops being taken out of the City of Miami so the Mayor who gets paid by the City and his fake jobs (we will talk about that in the near future) can abuse the system.

While we all pay to be protected, the spoiled Mayor is out “LIVing it up” at our expense.

He was renting a house at 108 3rd lane, Key Largo, FL 33037. As you can see in the photos attached, there are three black expeditions (each vehicle cost taxpayers $950 a month) that are assigned to the Miami Police Department. They were there all weekend on city taxpayer time.

His confidant, Sergeant at Arms Alex Lamprou ordered the other officers assigned to city hall not to complete worksheets so there is no accountability.

Chief Acevedo, are you aware that you have armed police officers that can be used to patrol and protect Miami being utilized for the Mayor’s improper use of city resources?

How can you investigate these corrupt acts of the Mayor-

    - subpoena video at Club LIV.

    - subpoena the security video at the house in Key Largo.

    - subpoena or order the Sergeant at Arms to explain their whereabouts on those two incidents named above.

    - run the tag numbers of the expeditions in the photos attached (hint: they’re from royal rental car).

Please stop the abuse of taxpayer dollars.

Are you saying, this is a Ortiz's post or at least had a hand in giving out this information? If so, good for him. The Mayor should be held accountable, as we are, if not more. The Sgt at arms, should have to let the department know, where they are at all times. The chief, will not really move on this or show much interest, cause he wants to be here, longer. Beside, they will get the light off of them by going after officers.

Good try Sergeant at arms leaks. There is no way in hell the captain has this type of juice. This is for sure coming from the inner circle. I’m sure Acevedo will find out who it is.

From which funding source or sources is the City of Miami paying for the three Ford Expedition SUV?

If payments for renting such vehicles are made from The Law Enforcement Trust Fund(LETF); the police chief and city manager must clearly articulate to City Commissioners, for what other law enforcement purposes . . . are these vehicle being used. Ferrying the mayor and his security entourage does not cut it, and those involved in the improper disbursement of LETF violate FSS932.7055 Disposition of liens and forfeited property. A fiscal concern The Florida Department of Law Enforcement ought to investigate and, upon completion of its investigation, have the State Attorney review the findings for prosecutorial consideration. Below are the governing paragraphs governing the use of LETF:

    1. Such funds may be used only for school resource officer, crime prevention, safe neighborhood, drug abuse education, or drug prevention programs, or such other law enforcement purposes as the board of county commissioners or governing body of the municipality deems appropriate.

    2. Such funds shall not be a source of revenue to meet normal operating needs of the law enforcement agency

If payments for renting such vehicles are being made from Federal Grants, Acevedo, you have a problem! As Federal Grant guidelines for using such Federal Funds are detailed as to disbursement purpose.

Francis, how does the chick at LIV taste? You need to stop saying you and your wife are separated and will divorce after the election.
