People in corrections hold strong. Multiple changes are coming with the retirements of several needed people in admin. Early next year. Change is right around the corner. Real leadership will come through like you haven’t seen in the last 10 years. The people that will be placed in these positions will back you and work all together instead making you feel like you can’t do anything right and that you’re not the backbone of this agency.

So crime is down double digits in Central for 3 years but deputies are afraid to work? No, they are the ones making this happen because they felt safe and protected and new their bosses were fighting for them. It’s not the bosses that make it happen it’s the deputies and Sergeants! They do the work every day yet are the most under appreciated.
