NDS A-Days
1800 could not come soon enough today. Our Lt is constantly running our shift short with unfilled sectors now being the norm. If this were a one time thing than so be it, but it’s not. It’s recently happened on more than once occasion and it’s dangerous and simply not safe. Plus, today the Sq8 Cpl was ineffective and clearly way over her head with a call to the point where the Dunedin Sgt and the Admin Lt had to go up to Sq8 to handle it. It was painful and embarrassing to listen to it on the radio today.

He is a lousy Lt. and a company man that's why he runs the shift short which endangers everyone. He is either incapable of understanding the risk and could care less about his people, or he is trying to make points with Bob so he can move up.

You are obviously a scared coward. So he is a company man bent on promotion? Well he was already in that position and rank so there goes that theory. If he doesn’t approve you time off then you will be the first to cry about it

I heard that on the radio. What an absolute disaster. She has been here for 25+ years so I doubt another month will make anything better. PROMOTE HER NOW and get her off to Community Services before someone gets hurt.
