Best Chance to Get a Raise This Contract

There is no question that if we get a raise from the governance of Miami Dade, it will be on the back of Director Ramirez. He’s the only chance we have to get a raise. This is because the PBA has been outed as crap talkers of the mayor.

PBA uses amateurs. We need professional hired guns. Sell that useless food truck and hire a firm that can get results.

BCC recently passed a 2% COLA retro to Jan 1, 2021 for the JMH employees union maybe that'll set the status quo for COLA when it comes to negotiations

Reality? Here's the reality: Niether the mayor nor the BOC will risk their political azzes to support a police raise. Whether you agree or not, that will be the price to be paid for all of this George Floyd and BLM backlash.

Any $ presented as a raise will be immediately be fought to be redirected to some community program. In fact, don't be surprised if they find a way to defund us in a high profile propaganda attempt to appease the police haters.

Remember, before you decide to kill the messenger, no one said life is fair.

Are you kidding? This Director is the joke of the 111 building. The staff of several commission’s talk about him all the time. He’s got no pull whatsoever.

We have a better chance of letting BLM represent us for a raise than this high school freshman.

Because he is terrified and would rather hide under his desk. As long as he is hiding, he is safe from the scary world of reality.
