How is the Sheriff not qualified for this job. Just like all the others Sheriff's he is more then qualified. Look at his education and college degree. Nemours years of experience as a cop and his employment background.

A large number of voters never even voted. So the small percentage of people that acutely voted realized they made a mistake. All Sheriffs have issues, but this Sheriff has lowered the standards making this place a joke. Command staff being arrested , refusing to comply with the law and conduct the breath test. His ingronance for the law and how to run an agency shows. Scott ran this agency, not the undersheriff. He had total control, but he was well educated and experienced and well spoken. He had the gift. Carmine just comes off as a used car salesman, constantly calling someone to find out what he can and cant do.
