    In-Service

Thank you for the ethics block of in-service, I learned a few key points. It is unethical to; hire and promote family members who are not qualified, hire businesses owned by family members to complete projects for the office, promote your sexual partners, have sexual relationships with subordinates, promote people who have sexual relationships with subordinates, start business ventures with employees who have sexual relationships with subordinates, demand employees pay into charity funds and then put friends in charge of the charity funds who pay themselves with the donated money.

If you have proof - then prove it. If not, stfu. This has been alleged before, yet big mouths like yourself have never proven anything.

Feeling guilty? I don’t see anyone being accused of anything in the original post. Just a statement about what was learned in ethics training. Kind of odd, a post on an out dated message board used by only a couple disgruntled people gets you so upset. Maybe there is some truth in the statement? Why do you only want evidence about charity donations? Does this mean all of the other statements are uncontested?

So you admit to being a disgruntled loser who posts on "an outdated message board". That figures.

The only ones accused and made examples of are us grunts. That makes the agency look honest. By using us as sacrificial lambs to the liberal and social media gods. That way they stay out of the spotlight and the big wigs and their connected bunch do whatever they want.

Well? Where's proof of malfeasance with the charity funds? Aren't you supposed to be a cop? Make a case!

Or do you prefer to just run your mouth?

The funny thing is there isn’t any proof. The tax filings are public record and these idiots are referring to one past year’s filing where the preparer listed the HCSO salaries of the HCSO Charities directors in the wrong column. They swapped the $0 salary from the charity with the salary they have to report for their normal employment with HCSO. It’s just a clerical error that was never duplicated any other years. You can review their financials to see that HCSO Charities pays no salary to anyone. Nice try to you “investigators” on here.

What you meant to say was, they didn’t know people were reviewing the tax filings, they reported what they took in pay, got called out and now lie on tax filings. Not a far stretch, considering other people in the family falsify records. Which school was that?

Good question earlier. All the other ethical issues mentioned by the OP go uncontested?
