    Then he turned Democrat before he registered as a Democrat.

    Car 22 father was a captain here and good friends with Rice back in the day. Hun and his brothers all got special attention while Rice was sheriff. Car 22 never got promoted passed LT after Rice left. Car 22 is brainwashed that this place is everything when he could’ve retired years ago. He is another old dog that can’t retire because he couldn’t do anything else. Be careful, he is best friend with IA Captain.
