LCSO has a larger budget each year than other agencies our size and we still are way behind these agencies pay scale! LCSO wastes millions of dollars on dumb shit!

With all the incentives we receive, healthcare, take-home vehicle, personal days, vacation and sick days, vacation buy back, sick buy back, and our pay we are actually on top when it comes to take home pay. We still only pay 3% into out pensions, where other PD departments pay upwards of 10%. If you want a raise, then study and get promoted. Work a detail or two. Otherwise quit and go work and the private sector. We have received so many great things in this department. We have a new Fleet Director that's going to fix everything supposedly. We have Deputy Chance working his tail off. We have Carmine putting his face on the news overnight for media time. Positive things are happening, so shut your ass up about raises or you get nothing.
