Load Bearing Vests - Wake Up PBA

Every agency is going to or has gone to load bearing vests. Not stupid exterior uniform vests like the dumb ones we have. Exterior vests that can hold some equipment normally held by your gun belt. WTF PBA? Why is this not an item for negotiation? Why don’t any of the supposed PBA reps ask members what they want? Work thirty years will all this equipment and whatever else is to come and see how you feel.

Don't waste your money on either pba or fop,both are useless. Put your dues in a savings account or the market and use those funds should you need legal representation. If you are truly in the right the sheriff will back you, just play smart. Also the unions here are a joke, they never did anything for us since inception (i.e. 12hour shifts)
