A lot on HPD in the news lately

With everything that's been in the news lately about the HPD, we can't help but to wonder how the good officers of this city are feeling? What would it take to change things?

I don't own a boat or have family upstairs. Cry baby? We are so far behind from other departments that we settle for scraps. All other places have take homes. Going to court in my POV is ****ing embarrassing.

And that means what exactly ?

Nothing will get better for patrol ... the most important function of the department but the ones that get nothing back in return.
