    So we've had an HR study, separate squad meetings with patrol because only a few in Patrol actually participated in the HR questionnaire. We've even had a mental health specialist walk the halls of the building looking for us to run into her arms and break down. All while our monday to friday insiders slide out the door to beat the traffic every night.

    WTF is really happening here?

    Typical USFPD behavior. Lack of communication, zero follow through and poor command.

    It all looks good on paper for the Chief and what any leader of any job or Corporation would do these days if this type of evaluation option is offered. They are an idiot if they don't do it. They are going to follow the modern system of the ways to do things and work with it. It is a huge smoke and mirror job and is followed along and completed. Nothing will change at this department and the complaints submitted. At least it was done and completed. The next one one will come in a few years, and the same results will be determined by the Chief working the job then.

    And you Tampa guys say you are different from USFSP. Sounds like the same Buuuullll shit. No transfers but Bobby got transferred. No take homes but Hendry got one. Favoritism on both campuses in promotion and discipline.
    Well except we have no dogs. Otherwise same poor morale and smoke and mirrors. Backstabbing etc. Etc. Etc.

    Guys, I don't know what to tell you then other than file a complaint with the university. Or apply for a job at USF Tampa.

    Bobby Yawn was not transferred here. He applied for the job as an AC and was hired. There is no transfers as far as I know these days like it was 20 yrs ago. Bobby Yawn has already moved on to another job he applied for.

    As far as I know, transfers here have really never happened, except back in the old days when Chief Withrow tried to get rid of an old Sgt., Sgt. Rodriguez and sent him to STUSFPD when it was one consolidated university be fore they did the split.

    Even back then an officer had to apply at USFPD to get hired here like any one else. They hired one from USFSTPD, Cafferty, he worked here a bit, then moved on to a great Federal Job, but he turned out to be a pervert and was arrested and sent to prison for child porn by the Feds. He should have applied to ST. Pete City PD. The current mayor there is a big advocate of the LBGTA community.
