Really digging the “Rainbow” Police car. So nice that TPD can afford to wrap vehicles in “Rainbow” colors every year for one special group that is already rewarded very heavily with promotions and favoritism. So, when can we expect to see the other groups get their police car wraps? With a department made up of literally every race, color, creed and religion only one group, the group that is so heavily rewarded and revered at TPD gets this honor each year. I guess the good news is that you can just join in or jump out as needed to help your career and make rank at light speed.

Few bad apples
“It takes no compromise to give people their rights. It takes no money to respect the individual. It takes no survey to remove repressions.” -- Harvey Milk.
When people complain about "the few bad apples," they may be talking about you.

Seriously?
Some people will find anything to complain about. If it’s so bad here, go somewhere better.... oh wait....

Omg
I nearly puked when i saw that abomination of a police vehicle. What a slap in the face to all who do not subscribe or choose to be a part of that immorality. We are not allowed to display the American flag or a Thin Blue Line but yet the Department allows some perversion of a beautiful natural phenomenon that "represents" less than 1% of the population to be shoved down our throats. Absolutely disgusting display of City property to appease an intolerant minority.

First question, was tax money used for this "project"? If so, that is a serious issue that could cause legal battles. Second, if it was not tax money why can't a citizen pay for another type of flag and have it displayed on a city vehicle? Like the confederate stars and bars battleflag? Oh because it's offensive, exactly how I view this disgusting flag; offensive. Some employees might just consider this a hostile work environment.
