Agree. Good ol’ Drunk Al Perez crashed his SUV into a citizen, then committed a hit-and-run, and was aided by another department drunk, from the sleazy and scummy gutter known as GIU, who promptly found a paint and body shop in the “City Beautiful” of Opa Locka, to repair the damage. That’s called Evidence Tampering and Official Misconduct, and both are felonies, but another GIU scumbag, Muppet, felt otherwise.

Glad to see that new Chief at the City is acting to ensure public trust, confidence and transparency exist over there. In all fairness, our Chief dumped our drunks, Moore and Al, after their latest drunken escapades.
