Maybe it has nothing to do with SOC. Maybe they are leaving strictly due to the change in policing in general.

Nothing has changed in policing. LEO are still empowered to enforce the law, still expected to act with integrity, still expected to be truthful, expected to act fairly and impartially, have always been held to a higher standard by the public, and have always been Monday morning quarterbacked.
What has changed is access the citizen have to voice their opinions. Social Media has given everyone an outlet (like this site) to voice opinion. Some politicians don’t know how to handle it, and you get what we have, lack of support from those who just worry about their next position, promotion, election. When those are the only concern, their integrity is lost, and we bleed quality people.

You don't watch the news, do ya? They got great offers elsewhere. You aren’t going to get much support blaming the agency this time. Both people who left are well thought of. Nice try, but stop trying to twist this into they left because they had issues with the agency like you do.
