Let’s talk the truth here.. the use or abuse of manpower is killing this department. You are holding officers over sometimes twice a week, you are forcing people on every single weekend. You create a new SET, CST, ACE whatever you want to call it with 14 people. Who then can’t be forced and are untouchable. While you burn out zone units every day. The SET team had done nothing to stem the tide. And this new answer goes home at 2am.. FYI.. real crime is occurring way after that. These Bullshit details that accomplish nothing . Then Add more people to the chiefs office units while you hold over LTs and Sgt’s. You put a Sgt at the SAO to supervise no one and do nothing. You are killing this department from the foundation and then are surprised when the email is sent out, And all you company men who forgot where you came from, but now say that Angulo should be written up, should be ashamed of yourselves.. bunch of clowns and punks. This place is crumbling fast.
