    How is he hated so much ?

    I'm new to this department and very curious to learn as to why Lt. Jenkin's is so much hated among so many other officers.
    I can understand that everyone has enemies but it seems after reading this board and what I have heard at work, no one seems to like this guy. How does anyone almost get up to the rank of Major with so many negative opinions? Thanks and maybe I can avoid making these same mistakes.
