Steadman Stahl’s connection to Frank Vescin

Years ago, then County Manager Steve Shiver, known as a corrupt shyster and son of a corrupt Homestead politician worked Stedman Stahl into the department. Stahl came in as a lateral from Homestead where he was known as a do-nothing duffus and a back climber.
Shiver befriended Stahl and used him as his eyes and ears. First he had him assigned under a corrupt contractor known as Frank Vescin who was also brought to the department and was made Chief from one day to the next. No sooner than that Stahl was pushed on John Rivera at the PBA only to turn on him sometime later and takeover as head of the PBA.
Stahl ascent to power is littered with betrayals to the membership and taking advantage of anyone he can to enrich himself.
If you are a PBA member you are throwing your money away. Resign from that God forsaken do nothing club and save your monies.

I didn't know all that but I recognize failure and betrayal when I see it. I refuse to pay for their luxuries
