He'll get over it. It's public record and nothing anyone can do about that. The person reporting the salary, is doing a public service, if you ask me. Staff should be cut down in numbers, given the salary they make and what all they really do. We don't need commanders, only 3.. One per distract, 16 major's, really??? Yet, all we can have is 4 captains? Well might of went up but don't think so. Never really paid much attention to the T.O.O. of our department. Were way to top heavy and of course city hall, looks to the Reg officers, when they have money troubles and need to cut somewhere. Try to reduce a staff members salary and you will hear screams all the way to the middle east. Yet, cut back our step raises, then all is find in the world.
