Incorrect, Bell and IUPA asked the sheriff many times to sit down to conduct business the right way. The sheriff has refused since the beginning due to his lack if experience AND his temper. The sheriff knew he fired all 3 illegally and let his personal feelings control his actions. He is friends with one of the victims so he should of stood back and let the board decide instead of overruling them.
