Simmons protects Claude from everything. You can lose 25 assault rifles and Simmons will cover it up like she did with the Papier crash.

When is Acevedo going to fire Simmons and put a competent Major there? How about the missing narcotics?

You are threatening to arrest officers who may be in possession of these rifles once riffles are reported stolen????? But now, you superiors allowed for hundreds of crucial evidence to be unprotected and get destroyed under the expressway which resulted in defense attorneys to win their cases and victimize once again rape victims and murdered victims as of result of departmental heads intentional negligence!!!!!!! Truly unacceptable unethical and criminal. These rifles were poorly supervised and accounted for by poor and negligent supervisors. They are considered lost and no officer shall pay the consequences if accidentally they are in possession of such. Take and accept responsibility and place supervisors in these positions that deserve these prestigious classifications. Chief Acevedo take a closer look at this deficiency and allow internal affairs to investigate! This occurrence is unacceptable!!!!!!

Once sworn in, the first official act Acevedo should have taken would have been to initiate a thorough Property and Evidence Section INSPECTION. But not by MPD IA or command officers; NO, by FDLE, who would provide an objective assessment, and MDPD (Miami Dade County de facto Sheriff Office) would provide their model for accountability as a paradigm for MPD to follow.

The Chief needs outside help!!! MPD is incapable of policing itself. Outside agencies and new staff members from other agencies are needed, because current staff are assisting apparently in numerous coverups.. A staff member advised me that many are concerned about which outside agencies the new chief has requested assistance from.
