    Why was she relived of duty with pay if she was arrested off duty. Her incident has nothing to do with work related.

    If your arrested for any reason, your relieved of duty, pending the outcome of the case. Most departments fired officers, once convicted of a DUI. Even if you pled to a lesser offence. Your conduct is always to be above board, on duty or off. With this Chief, sorry to say she'll be gone.

    Conviction or not it doesn’t matter cuz if she plea out to a lesser charge it’s still reckless driving and no department will have a cop with that on record. She good as gone. Ask Hebra.

    She refused roadside and breathalyzer that's a mandatory six month driver license suspensions , but at the end there's two legal system one for those that are in the friend and family program and can afford a good lawyer and the other for the rest of us , zebra was no part of the friends and family he had a real issued with ptsd and job stress related he never seek help and cost him his job in the other hand we had a commissioner from sweet water that was caught driving drunk in his motorcycle and got away free , he claimed that the bike was too heavy and couldn't keep it straight lol , two system the poor guy in Overtown trying to sell weed to survive will end up in jail the others won't
