Sgt. SMITH Trespasser American
WTF is this person doing? Already written up before, she's a terrible sgt, had to have a report kicked back because she told an officer to title it wrong. Now tells a officer not to stop a trespasser when an administrator is yelling there's a trespasser to stop the person, but she let's her go.
Now it's all over TV and the local news. Why is she still a supervisor What is it going to take to demote this idiot?

First, let’s assess the trespasser. This is exactly what, and who, we don’t want on our campuses. Whether she’s trying to gain followers or likes on social media, play a prank, prove a point or God knows what; she’s committing a trespass and is subject to arrest. She’s a nut job. This is and should have been an easy misdemeanor arrest, but leave it to our stupid supervisors to screw it up.
As far as our sergeant, this should come as no surprise, as this is arguably one of the stupidest, incompetent and worst sergeants we have. Think about that for a minute, because we have some of the most mindless peoples in the agency at this rank, yet this one is competing with a few others for the crown.
Totally useless, worthless and brainless is just the scratching the surface, but the administration will do NOTHING about it, or the sergeant, why?

Tres pase
Actually, since I can remember, we don't arrest anyone for trespass without warning first. That nonsense was established by the liberal SAO years ago. We routinely let trespassers go because the state wanted us to arrest after warning and our command staff agreed.
So it's not the sergeants fault it's department long standing policy to warn and dismiss trespassers. I never agreed with it and it only encourages repeat offenses

Wrong. Stop speaking out-of-turn on issues you obviously know, nothing about.
Trespassing on School Grounds can occur in two scenarios: (1) Trespass on School Grounds or Facilities (no prior warnings from administrators), and (2) Trespass on School Grounds After Warning by a Principal or Designee.
In the latter, it is a best practice and benefit in proving a case, beyond a reasonable doubt, which by-the-way, is required for a conviction, and it encourages officials to issue warnings prior to making an arrest, whereby the incident might involve an innocuous mistake or error on the part of the would-be offender, i.e., sibling to a student, someone exercising who enters school grounds, a child simply making a mistake, etc. Years ago, and I mean over two decades, the juvenile courts were being inundated with these cases, and school administrators were not attending court as the designee or representative, so a great deal of these cases were being dismissed.
As far as instances such as this case, there need not be a warning, because this person has no official business at the school and actually set out with the intent to breach security measures and enter school property.
Liberal (your words) State Attorneys and/or Public Defenders, Command Staff agreements, Department Policies and Procedures, State Statutes are all there to provide guidance and direction.
This sergeant is too stupid to know any of this and cannot use some alleged agreement between our agency and the State Attorney as an excuse, as there is no such compact.
Stop trying to be a historian and spreading false information.

Fillerbuster
Now your just fillerbusting. This agency has a GIU that has done worse including setups, frameups while even engaging in evidence tampering like take cars to bodyshops to cover up for a buddy. So if none of them were written up , stop your girly *****ing and grow some balls......you only know what your girlfriend tells you to say

The trespass arrest should have been made, absent a warning, as one was not required, nor is there an agreement, in place, as was described.
This was just bad police work and a nut job trespasser.
As far as GIU, and the colossal cesspool it was over the years, anyone with any real integrity I would agree that place was a disgusting and corrupt unit. It was a place for pure pigs. It has awful supervision and no leadership. It was a rogue group of scumbags.
Yup, everyone knows about the drunk driving hit-and-run, by Al Perez, who was a GIU scumbag, and how Hadley, another drunk and scumbag, helped him to tamper with evidence and take the SUV to a body shop. Muppet, another longtime GIU scumbag, hooked up his pal.
That’s just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to GIU. Most who worked there, from early 90’s through just a few years ago were all a part of the diarrhea that came out of that place.
Nevertheless, that [GIU] has nothing to do with the poorly handled trespassing incident.

Smith (previously YG) is the arguably the worst employee this place has ever had. Useless, lazy, worthless, incompetent, insubordinate, disgruntled, bold-face liar all fall short in describing her. Problems with principals and district personnel. A history here of nothing but problems. Bad hire. Bad promotion. Bad employee. Can’t find her on the radio. Can’t reach her on the phone.
