    U-turn on a red light is a traffic infraction. Running the red light point blank is a traffic infraction. I would right both parties citations if a Signal happens. Both will need 10-70's and possibly rescue transports. 10-98 Alpha.

    By statute nobody is given the right-of-way, you are required to yield the right-of-way, however, in real life, whoever is driving the fastest has the right-of-way....c'mon man!

    I don't have to stop for no one making a left or right if i the primary means of travel. Any turning vehicle must yield right of way. You must be a security officer retired.
