Isn’t an MDPD supervisor, who happens to be on the scene of a crime, obligated to notify MDPD? If that’s not the case can you cite the provision that excludes an MDPD supervisor from doing so.

Is his arrest probable cause affidavit available to the public yet? I'm curious to find out what exactly occurred. Not that I am a fan of the arrested individual, but just seems odd for what he was arrested for.
