I propose we replace handcuffs with Chinese finger traps. It is less intimidating for our students. We need to improve our customer service to the community. The recent survey showed students were uncomfortable when interacting with officers. If we brainstorm and work together, we can make getting arrested a pleasure.

Yeah 99% of our officers handcuffs are rusted solid anyway, so why not. It would save a lot of money on replacement.

Why don’t they just stop issuing handguns, tasers and handcuffs. All we need is pepper spray and CIT refresher training.
