Happy because I will retire soon
Not much longer to go and I will be officially out of here. Sad to say that things have gone downhill in the last 10 years with not prospect for improvement any time soon. The nature of the work and politics have changed drastically and the ones who remain must adapt or leave one way or another. As for the newbies, the next 30 years will be a lot tougher than the last 30 years. Good luck to all, stay safe and keep a low profile to get through this and enjoy your retirements.

In cities run by liberals it is dead. Nobody in their right minds would work there, except those who are desperate for a paycheck. There is no backup, no support, only hatred towards law enforcement.
Overall it is getting worse, sad to say. Everyone must make their own decisions when it is time to leave depending on personal circumstances.

OK cop hater let’s see, who created that. The lying ass democratic party along with BLM, phony politicians and people that need the Democrats to win so they can push their narrative of welfare and Socialist /Marxist policies. That’s just for starters you need more.

Good luck to all and wish you the best so you can retire soon and enjoy your life.
There have been too many members who did not get to enjoy their retirements so don't wait too long. Life is short and unpredictable. Make the best of it and remember this is only a job, a means to an end.
