Honestly...does anybody really doubt that Velazquez torched his gf's ex's two vehicles?

Or that he allowed Menocal to rape Hialeah's women and children for 4 years, plus given a raise and promotion, for legitimate reasons?

A strip club manager says he paid $25,000 in bribes every two months to police....why won't the chief have this investigated?

Menocal was arrested by the FBI for armed sexual assault on women and children.....why have Velazquez and Hernandez never expressed compassion for these victims, or publicly condemned Menocal for his actions?

That my friend is the real criminal enterprise at the City of Hialeah not all this other BS about him being involved with narcotics. If the FBI followed that allegation they would have an easy arrest.

He should be in prison now for allowing Menocal on the streets to prey on his victims for YEARS after the complaints were coming in. YEARS! That is criminal, he is an accessory. FBI or FDLE needs to get off their asses and arrest the fat SOB.
