We need that was coming. The entire council was present for the opening of two outreach centers within our city, one right down the street from our HQ.

As a newer employee that’s not vested in all about it. Better equipment, pro police, no stupid IAs on every little thing, we can trim the fat keel the workers and out them in green and get rid of the useless layers of supervisors and lazy people.

I was there when this happened last. The sheriff thought he could run that city with 5-6 Deputies in two 12 hour shifts. It would be fun to watch FMPD admin and top heavy supervisors sweating this one out.

A lot of people are sweating. Why? Because they now realize there easily replaced. Will the sheriff need any of our lazy specialty u it’s? No. So for those that would survive the merger they know there back on the road humping calls.

Last time it was generated by A.T. so it had to be voted on by the public and every council member said they supported the police. This one is different because it is generated by a council member and does need to be on a ballot. A 4 to 3 vote abolishes the PD.

Problem is that half the new people would never get hired anywhere else, and you have to reapply to LCSO to get your pay cut and no overtime. Not every new officer will be hired by LCSO.
