No sympathy for Holmes on this. I thought he was a good guy but he has obviously sold his soul. Is there no one left with integrity in the 5th floor?

You are clueless on how this process works if you think you can be awarded pain and suffering from being terminated. If they are awarded back pay and everything else, they are considered to be whole. Arbiters can sometimes award punitive damages is the case is so outrageous but good luck finding a case where this is done. Even if justified, if an arbiter ever awarded punitive damages, they would never be picked again for a case

Who cares if they get picked again? Listen, you truly make it sound like the arbitrator Is running a racket there. The problem with all these blatantly wrongful terminations is that BSO is going to lose their azz on the majority of them. And frankly they should. They should also be dinged with punitive damages if there is a pattern of wrongful terminations. And it appears as though there has been a pattern of wrongful terminations. You can be hopeful there won’t be punitive damages but it’s getting to the point where someone is going to eventually have to start punishing the agency for willfully violating employee rights. How long did you think you could get away with it?
