Prosecutors Clear Miami Cops Who Chased Stolen Car Before Fatal Crash

Miami police officers who'd been chasing after a stolen Mustang shortly before it crashed into another vehicle last spring, killing a 23-year-old woman, will not face any criminal charges.

The department can still take action and chances are they will. Getting over any criminal charges is a big plus for the officer but remember under this new administration you don't walk away Scott-free. If policy was violated, you will face the backlash. Offenders know they have a 50-50 chance of getting away and will run. Nothing you encounter is worth you freedom or career. Unless your being shot at!

How many hours did they get for getting involved in an Unauthorized chase? The vehicle wasn’t reported stolen where are they getting that? No evidence off surveillance video that they were chasing right before the accident occurred. Wow!

“Prosecutors said the available surveillance footage did not show any officers directly behind the Mustang when it crashed into the other vehicle, leading to the death of Ciarah Ramirez”.

That was one camera. What happen with the radio transmission and gbs coordinates. Bottom line this girl was killed because Commander Ernie Sierra was pushing for stat arrest.

Here’s a picture of her so you don’t forget.

🥑 is pushing chases again. Call him up and let him know you don't want police to chase. Even though the Supreme Court has ruled its not the officers fault for the actions of the pursued. Less for us to do. Please call 🥑 and let him know. Thank you police officers.

If I’m chasing a vehicle that’s going over an excessive speed and i see it crashes a block or two ahead, you know I’m going to slow down so it doesn’t look like I was chasing it. Where is the radio transmission. Release surveillance footage showing how quickly the officers arrived. Show the radio communication show that they had no idea the car was reported stolen.
