has anyone else noticed
Has anyone else noticed just how F.....d up and behind fleet is now. You take a dedicated guy that kept the work flow moving and inventory in-stock and put him back out to turn wrenches. Sorry Lenny - I can only imagine what the work study was manipulated to say! Wait; it probably indicated you worked your ass off but they needed to work this new guy into the Manager's title and you seemed to be the expendable target with the title they wanted. What you did to keep the productivity and the guys moral up apparently has never really been noticed by the higher ups. If they think SN is able to prioritize and halfway fill your shoes I guess it is their goal to see the shop quickly fail in the first place. Even during COVID and down mechanic's it was never this backed up. Takes more than organizing a parking lot and putting up signs to make the team work together.
or anyone else have another reason things seem so chaotic and unorganized now at fleet. Definitely not the same walking in there to have something done.
And why are we fixing other departments cars when ours are having to wait forever to get done?

Have you noticed how F....d up fleet is now. They are so behind. Walk in and look at the counter, holly shit, no wonder it may take 2-3 weeks to get my car back. Guess the work study they did , never really showed what Lenny did to keep that shit together. Hope this new guy can order parts and organize more than a parking lot and decorate the fence with pretty signs.
