Someone needs to! Fleet is so backed up and Jimmy won’t issue out new cars!

Jimmy has been issuing cars out. He has to wait until he gets the OK from the Chief on who is getting the cars in each district. Look at all the new cars in the road. Stop *****ing about nothing.

Such a shame. Whats this guys name again and why did he take over. What makes him fit for the spot. Because he is related to the Sheriff. Jimmy and Lenny did an outstanding job and now this is what they get, the shaft so a friend can get a job.
