Three weeks away my ass today is May 7 and the entertainment district is packed with the Rolling Loud crowd that our intelligence unit and illustrious over rated command staff said no one was Coming because it was canceled They cut back staffing and prayed no one would show. The only thing helping us is the possible rain. With every passing day I shake my head and wonder how we could Possibly have the the most incompetent command staff in the state.
