Mayor Francis Suarez and city manager Art Noriega, the "*****slap" Miami Dade Chief Judge Bertila Soto gave your imported "idiot savant," Huberto Acevedo is an example of what happens when a politico and his lead bureaucrat bring in an outside police chief to "lead" the city's police department. Particularly one who is ignorant of how the judicial system in his new command works or is working under the current pandemic conditions. Consequently, he makes an ASS of himself, and by extension ASSES of you!

Before criticizing the Circuit and County Courts and State Attorney Office for Florida's Eleventh Judicial Circuit, Huberto, you should have reached out to inquire, and done your due diligence; instead, you spoke out of your SIX. THAT'S NOT LEADERSHIP!

Instead focus on your command, particularly your major crimes division detectives making major crimes arrests by WARRANTS, reviewed and authorized by the State Attorney Office. Arrests that will survive defense exclusionary challenges, lead to convictions, and result in maximum sentences under Florida's sentencing guidelines. Of course, whenever possible, seek prosecution for violent crimes by The United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, and watch violent criminals get lit for significant Federal jail time.
