It's because crime is out of control in Lehigh and other parts of the county, so he is trying to hide in the Cape where crime is down so he can take credit for something Cape PD did. Thank god he opened all these Community Outreach Centers, people are sure walking in the doors in lines just to report crimes. I wanna see him walk the streets of Pine Manor or Suncoast and pick up trash, watch a stray dog come out and bite him and the deputy shoot and kill the dog in front of Carmine.
