Really, WTF out of all the piss poor captains in this agency the only thing you can say about him is he cares about your uniform appearance? Has he screwed over anyone or made horrible changes? so he thinks he’s this great leader? So what, so does everyone else. If that’s your only complaint, you may want to ask around about other captains and lieutenants.
