Horrible fraudulent crash report:

This officers body worn camera incident footage must be inspected. Officer may have been coerced to generate this awful false and poorly generated crash report. Officer needs to be terminated or forced to resign or at least mandated to attend a remedial crash investigation course for several weeks. Worst is the absent minded superior who reviewed and approved this fraudulent crash report. This report is embarrassing to our department for others to read. A third grader can do much better. Officer indicated to have responded and cleared from the crash scene. Our understanding is officer never responded or arrived at the crash scene and never looked for street cameras or potential witnesses. Officer never conducted a thorough crash investigation. Officer generated a non hit and run crash report when in reality it was a hit and run crash. Officer also indicated road was paved but report narrative states driver crashed into a curb. Report also indicated vehicle collided with another vehicle in motion as most harmful event. Where is the secondary vehicle??? Report indicates vehicle struck (39) other fixed object and not a (24) curb. Report indicated crash occurred at a four way intersection and then contradicts itself on different page, as intersection related and not inside intersection. Diagram indicates vehicle was past the intersection and as stopped. Diagram fails to indicate vehicle was in motion. North directional arrow is showing at the bottom of page and not at the top of page as required. Vehicle is listed as a non police vehicle when in fact vehicle is a police vehicle. Officer fails to indicate manner of collision/impact. Officer indicates driver moved vehicle but narrative states vehicle was towed from the scene and not from the station. Report box indicates vehicle was not towed. Officer indicated damages as minor ($500 ) when everyone knows each wheel is approximately $400 plus two new tires each $200 plus labor plus the undercarriage damage listed on the report. Lots of false and misleading information listed by this officer in order to cover up for the commander and her husband. Officer deliberately generated a false crash report misleading the department and the state of Florida department of motor vehicle. This review of crash report will be emailed to the state of Florida in Tallahassee.

Officer also indicated drivers speed as 15 mph in a posted 25 mph roadway. Where in this country have we ever seen a posted speed of 25 mph? Maybe at Disney World. Also, damages listed as minor and not disabling. It is evident that officer is undermining the severity of the crash and actions of the commander in order to cover up for her. We feel sorry for this officer who was placed in this predicament by a high ranking staff member. This officer failed his or her badge and his or her family. Chief Acevedo we will not tarnish or department at the mercy of these selfish information. We have 100% faith in you and Texas continues to speak highly of you sir.

What I want to see is the fake supervisor accident report!!!!!!! That's where the real cover up will be at. That's where the false statements and fact finding will be. Officer has no common sense. How can you travel at 15 mph and blow and puncture both tires and extensively crack both wheels? How is it minor damage and only $500.00? Officer knew exactly what he was doing. He falsified an official document to benefit her and cheat the system. We the community asks for this officer to be relieved of duty during this investigation.

This crash report is horrible. I counted many mistakes. How is it possible to produce and accurate crash diagram, narrative and investigation without ever visiting the crash site. Which police academy did this half of a brain officer and supervisor attend? These idiots need to ride along with a PSA for an entire year. This officer and supervisor have embarrassed themselves and this entire profession and organization. This crash report contains false and misleading information. A copy has been forwarded to the state attorney’s office crash fraud crime section.

Chief Acevedo and City of Miami Mayor F. Suarez. All of the individuals involved in this horrific crash cover up scheme to deceive must be relieved of duty pending immediate resignation and or termination. We the citizens of Miami and its CIP citizen review panel members are exhausted with the friends and family favoritism and racism. We must strongly strive for transparency and a department free of biases and unethical practices. This city and department has endured years of unethical and abusive treatment to certain officers and its citizens.
