    We are such a Balsero Department

    Again we keep hiring the new arrivals and this is what we get. Unethical folks. Yes I said it they are mostly thief’s and liars. We still have a few running around and even PIOs that can’t talk English. We are a joke.

    To our PIOs defense he can’t speak Spanish either.
