If only it was a game. But this is not the way that honorable people conduct themselves. Secrets and lies are not what leadership should be based on. When every decision you make directly benefits you. You are not looking out for the employees or the community just your small band Leadership is hard work and you need solid character and experience to understand what is best. Also lil John if you have to keep telling people that your the smartest person in the room , you probably aren’t.

What do you know about honor snowflake simpleton? What do you know about leadership in your short priveleged simpleton life? It's easy to be a slow simpleton and whine and cry on this low attention web site. Keep complaining as nothing changes

Honor is not getting a DUI while a law enforcement officer and keeping your job. Leadership is not driving an agency to the ground to put yourself on a pedestal to say “look at me”. It is actions such as that which causes resentment and distrust. The true leaders of this agency are the senior sergeants and lieutenants that have been in those positions for many years and have the experience of running a shift or unit flawlessly. Some of us believe in quality of work and ethics that show a persons true character and ability to perform the job. It is not about how much ass you can kiss and who to back stab this week.
