Some simple questions for SAO Warren
What does it take to prosecute people that fail to disperse after a unlawful assembly has been declared? Is throwing rocks, flaming bottles, and shooting large fireworks at officers justify the use of deadly force under Florida Law? What criteria has to be met, before a motorist can do whatever is necessary to get out of a situation when protesters in the streets, physically hit their cars and try to open their doors or smash their windows? Can business owners, shoot looters when they try to break into their stores. Does Florida law, allow the police to use deadly force on looters? Seems like basic questions that need to be answered before the next and just a matter of time, event occurs?

Alot. No. Innocent motorists must realize that there are more important things than their life so they must sacrifice themselves for social justice causes. No. And no.

Any day now or in the near future, we will once again have large groups of protesters. Sao Warren today, has conflated the right to peacefully protest with the refusal to leave once a unlawful assembly has been declared. The Chief, the media, or somebody needs to ask him publically if he is going to prosecute people that fail to leave after a unlawful assembly has been declared? Warren needs to be called out on his refusal to address this issue.

He’s too worried and busy whining about the AIRBNB that lives next to him disturbing his peace. I say they’re peaceful partiers...

Why would they protest in front of his house? He is the one dropping the charges on the ones who get arrested and has already publicly come out against tbe new law saying that it leaves wiggle room for prosectors to prosecute peopke who sbouldnt be. Hey dipshit, aren't you the head prosecutor in the county? No control over your prosecutors?
